ADA-Indiana Logo and LinkADA-Indiana Audio Conference: There has been a change in ADA-Indiana's Audio Conference programmed for Tuesday, April 17, 2007. The ADA Restoration Act, originally scheduled for April 17, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 15.

April's audio conference will now focus on how the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC) Charge Data System (CDS) can be used to explore differences between the filing of discrimination claims at EEOC and state Fair Employment Practice Agency (FEPA) offices. Examining the disability employment discrimination charges filed with the EEOC and Fair Employment Practice Agencies within states can inform and create an understanding of where specific issues continue. For more information, contact Matt Norris at 1-800-825-4733, send e-mail to adainfo@indiana.edu, or visit http://www.adaindiana.org.
